  • Appointments are scheduled in advance. We do our best to arrive on time and notify you of any changes.

Payments:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We understand that things come up. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations:

  • Free if canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • A $25 fee may apply for same-day cancellations.

Refunds:

  • If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours of service. We’ll make it right or offer a partial refund depending on the issue.

No-Shows:

  • If no one is home at the scheduled time, a $50 no-show fee may be charged.
